What has been really interesting is the lack of federal support and initiatives for the audit industry. 

Auditor numbers are dropping, based on the excessive compliance and registration requirements, liability, but also the baby boomers retiring, so there seems to be a growing gap.

We have been working closely with the Auditors Institute to try and understand more about this.

A reminder, Entry Counts as a company works mostly with 1 to 4 partner accounting firms, we don't work with mid-tier or Big 4, due to complexity and size. We like our "suburban clients". 

So we are learning more and trying to find solutions for these types of accounting firms.
